I love to keep my sessions and the entire experience stress free and simple - from scheduling all the way through when your prints arrive at your door I will be there every step of the way.
Newborn and family pictures can be fun (yup I said that!) and I fully believe every session deserves to end with a tangible product for your home - something printed that you and your loved ones can enjoy everyday. Don't worry you'll get those digitals too but I know all too well how hard it is to actually do something with your pictures so I will walk you through all of that too with the best products available already selected!
My sessions feel like family time that you get to spend creating memories together and my style focuses on your unique family. I'm regularly told it feels like a friend just came over or met at the park to hang out. If we don't know each other yet, we will feel like old friends at the end of your session.

Newborn sessions are easy and relaxed! There is no time limit so we will go with the flow of your new little one while I capture all of the most incredible details in their early days at home. (Typically done at 2-4 weeks old but anytime you are all ready works perfectly)
Most newborn sessions are done at home - don't worry about having a Pinterest worthy space - just one nice window is needed - but outdoors or at the hospital are also options.
Newborn sessions include everyone in your home at the time - grandparents, siblings and pets are all welcome!
It is best to schedule your session while you are pregnant but don't hesitate to reach out if baby has already arrived!

CAKE SMASH & SPLASH
First Birthday Family Session
Cake Smash & Splash sessions are SO much fun and the perfect way to celebrate this HUGE milestone! These sessions start with milestone pictures of the whole family together before moving onto the cake smashing and finally "splashing" to clean up!
I like to keep these sessions simple with very few props to really focus on your little one and the personality they are growing into!
These can be done at home (which I recommend - as they will be most comfortable in their familiar space), outdoors depending on the time of year or in a studio.
Many families will add this on with their newborn session to receive a multi-session discount.

FAMILY & MATERNITY
Family & Maternity sessions are the perfect way to capture where your family is at this moment in time. We will make sure to capture that classic smile at the camera picture but then things will lighten up and we will play some games and maybe catch some snuggle time too!
I love to have your photo evening feel like playing and exploring with a friend. I'll help you choose one of the many amazing locations options based on the style you are hoping for. Don't worry about the kids behaving (or your husband) I'll take care of all of that - just enjoy your time together.
These sessions are always done during the best light of the day. Outdoor sessions are the first 2 hours after sunrise or before sunset and indoor sessions are done mid-day.
Many families will add this on with their newborn session to receive a multi-session discount.

Mini Sessions
Mini Sessions are offered on specific days and locations throughout the year as the perfect opportunity to have a quick update of pictures. Mini sessions are great for maternity, family or special milestones that deserve to be captured.
Some mini sessions are more "themed" (holidays) but many are just based on different locations.
The best way to get first access to mini sessions is to join my mailing list. I will always open mini sessions to my email list first and often times they will book without sharing them anywhere else.

Parker Petite Sessions are flexibly scheduled anytime throughout the year for up to a 30 minute session at your choice of 4 beautiful Parker area locations.
Parker Petite sessions are the perfect solution for a smaller simpler session that fits your schedule. These are great for maternity, family or special milestones that deserve to be captured. (Not available for newborns or cake smash sessions)

FAQ's
After your schedule your session - we will chat about what you are wanting from your pictures. For an outdoor session I will hand pick a few locations that I know will be great specifically for your family for you to pick from. We will often use your home or I do use a studio that is available for rent.
Where should we do our session?
How soon will I get to see my PICTURES?
I will typically have your gallery to you within 1-2 weeks of your session. However, according to my contract I have 30 days to complete your gallery. If you are working on a specific timeline that you need your images by please be sure to let me know during our pre-session consultation so I can give you a better estimate based on how busy I am at the time.
When your gallery is complete you will receive an email with a link and password to access your gallery through a slideshow. You will then have 24 hours to choose your collection purchase. Once you have purchased your collection you will have 30 days to view each image (along with the slideshow) to make your decision of which images to download and how to use your print credit.
How will I receive my images when the GALLERY is done?
After you schedule your session you will receive a session guide with SO much information and tips for a successful session. I will cover some ideas of what to wear for each type of session in your guide.
What should we wear to our session?
Yes! You can print using all of the images in your gallery. So - if you want to make an album - you can use every picture if you wish! You can then choose which digitals you would like to keep on your hard drive separately from printing.
Can I print images that I don't purchase the digital for?
Yes, I do try to get a traditional image of every family member looking and smiling at every session but sometimes it is just not possible. As a mom, I do want images of my kids faces so I can see how they change and grow and I will get this for you!
Will I get posed portraits of my family?
Yes, I love to take images of you enjoying your family and this is where the bulk of our time will be spent. I will capture the "feeling" of your family.
Will I get unposed lifestyle portraits of my family?
Yes, anything farther than 20 miles from 80016 will incur an additional travel fee depending on the distance. Please contact me if you have a specific location you would like! I will travel to Boulder or surroundings areas of Denver depending on my schedule.
Do you have a travel fee?
The non-refundable session fee is due when you schedule your session and sign your contract to reserve your date and time. You will then have 24 hours to view your slideshow and purchase a collection after you have seen your pictures.
When is the payment due for my session?
Yes! I am happy to work with any situation. My son has special needs (an ultra-rare genetic disease) and I understand the additional challenges his differences can pose BUT I also very much see and cherish the unparalleled joy he brings to everything he is involved in. My goal is to capture your family no matter what that includes for you.
My family is not "typical" can you work with us?
WhAT IS YOUR AVAILABILITY?
When we chat about scheduling your session we can narrow in a few dates that will work on both of our calendars. You can then schedule fully online and let me know which date is best for you!
What if it rains (or the weather is unexpected)?
We will reschedule if necessary. I hold additional days in my calendar for these types of things.

Do you do headshots or Senior photos?
WhAT If we need to reschedule?
I'd much rather work with you when you are all feeling well. We will reschedule for illness or unexpected emergencies.
WhAT If my kids don't cooperate?
I don't expect kids to "behave" during your session. I encourage running, playing, laughing, and getting genuine smiles from everyone. (Did you know I used to be a teacher? Take a breathe and let me keep them busy!
How long are the sessions?
I do not put a time on my sessions so we never feel rushed and an unexpected need during our time together is no big deal but typically a family session is about 90 minutes while a newborn or cake smash are typically about 2 hours.
